How it works

  1. Contacts come from the RC CRM plus Office Book RC leads. Search, tap a card for details, tap Call, Text or Email.
  2. Calls run through the ReferralCatch Sales number (832) 639-6551 right in this browser. AirPods or any headset work. No speaker phone needed.
  3. Incoming calls ring here with a banner showing who is calling. Keep this page open.
  4. During the call the big card shows the next best question. It hears both sides from the call audio. Tap a question once you ask it.
  5. After the call you get a summary and next step. Copy for Pipeline, or download the .md. The call log stays on this device only.
  6. Live transcription and smart questions work for everyone with no setup. Any number works: tap + New contact or just dial, then save them after the call.
  7. Calls are recorded by Twilio after a notice plays. Business calls only.
